The Role: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including apartment turnovers, basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. This position offers a steady stream of work for those who prove their capability and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic carpentry, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks.
  • Installation of fixtures, toilets, faucets, blinds, and door knobs.
  • Clean outs, patching, painting, cleaning, and caulking.

Offer Details:

  • Starting Pay Rate: $19-$24/hr, based on experience.
  • Hours: Part-time and full-time positions available.
  • Trial Period: 2 weeks, with goal of long-term employment based on performance.
  • Benefits: Three weeks of paid vacation.

Requirements:

  • Must possess own basic tools for the job.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Experience or references required for consideration of higher pay rate.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Portuguese.
