Job Application

-$17 to $23 per hour (depending on experience) Paid Weekly
-Three Weeks Paid Vacation*
-Time-and-a-Half*

We currently have two positions available, one part-time and one full-time. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working alone. Must have two years minimum painting experience and must have reliable transportation. We are a property management company located in Woonsocket, RI. Join our crew!

Job Requirements (Part-Time & Full-Time Painter):

-Must be experienced in painting professionally (Mudding, patching, prepping, rolling, cutting, etc.)
-Minimum 2 years experience
-Must have good attention to detail
-Must have careful, steady hands.
-Must be an independent worker who enjoys working alone
-Must be “Self-Organizing” with little direction
-Must own *reliable transportation*
-Experience/Other skills equals higher pay

Paid Vacations – No Tax Deduction & Time-and-a-Half
This position comes with one week of paid vacation after one year, two weeks paid vacation after two years, and three weeks paid vacation after three years of employment. Time-and-a-half paid for weekly hours over 40, after 90 days of employment. 1099 contractor which means you will get paid without taxes being taken out.
